WHAT IS WESTFIELD'S AUTHENTICATION PROCESS?

Westfield Worldwide has more than 150+ gemologists, horologists, and brand experts on staff, as well as hundreds of additional trained authenticators. You can visit our expert page to learn more about Westfield's experts.The members of Wesfield's authentication team receive authentication training from experts as well as daily training updates to stay ahead of the latest developments of brands and counterfeiters.

HOW MUCH WILL I OWE IN DUTIES & TAXES?

All orders shipped outside of the United States are Delivery Duty Unpaid. The buyer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying any duties and local taxes assessed by your local customs office.When you package arrives at your local shipping facility, they will send you an email indicating how much you owe for duties (if applicable). Payment is normally made online via credit/debit card. Your shipment is normally delivered one to two days after duties are paid. (You can raise a request on chat to ask about a specific country.)

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. Orders placed after 12:00pm PT (3:00pm ET) will ship the next day. Unless otherwise indicated, all orders ship through UPS Ground and are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that orders with multiple items may ship separately. In these cases, you will receive email notifications and tracking information for each shipment. To track orders outside the US you can also raise a request on our chat support or write to us at "contact@westfieldworldwide.com"

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

To return eligible items, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within 14 days of in-store purchase or original shipment date, and return the item(s) within 21 days of in-store purchase or original shipment date. Please note, all swimwear, handbags/luggage, and items sold at 40% or more off the list price, are Final Sale and not eligible for return.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because we want to deliver your items as soon as possible, we process orders in real-time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process, which occurs within 24 hours of placing an order during business hours. To find out if your order is eligible for cancellation, please contact customer service at contact@westfieldworldwide.com or 3153594112 ext. 1.If the 24 hour cancellation window has passed, you can initiate a return for eligible items once you receive your order.

AFTER I RECEIVE MY ITEM, WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT AUTHENTICITY?

If you ever have questions about the authenticity of anything you buy from Westfield, please bring it into a store or Luxury Consignment Office, or contact us at contact@westfieldworldwide.com . We will always take items back to be re-authenticated and will refund the purchase price if you are unsatisfied with the results.

CAN I OFFER A LOWER BID FOR AN ITEM?

While we cannot accept bids, you can add the item to your Wish List page and we will send you an email when this item is marked down.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY FROM WESTFIELD DURING COVID-19?

Yes. Based on what we know about the poor survivability of COVID-19 on surfaces, there is a low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days, and at ambient temperature, as is the case with all retailers. According to the CDC, COVID-19 transmission via contaminated surfaces is not considered a common way to contract the virus. Our warehouse teams steam clean fine jewelry and watches, steam ready-to-wear items, and wipe down accessories and handbags. We have also increased janitorial staffing throughout all of our facilities. We are cleaning and sanitizing high touch-point surfaces every hour in our warehouses, and are conducting comprehensive disinfections multiple times per week. To help ensure the safety of yourself and those around you, we recommend you wash or sanitize your hands and avoid touching your face after touching packages or products from any retailer, including Westfield.
